Studio Uppix is a full-service photo studio specializing in ecommerce and creative photography. With everything under one roof, we offer a one-stop-shop for all of your photography and product video needs. Our team of professional photographers will cover all aspects of your project. Whether you're looking for creative images, fashion photography, or high volume packshots to fill your e-commerce webshop, we've got you covered.

How can I book Uppix services?

Would you actually like to request a quote? Then fill in all information regarding your shoot on our quote request page. The more information you provide, the faster and more accurate the first quote will be.
Ecommerce quotes: If you fill in all the information required and provide us with examples of your desired outcome, we can provide a precise quote on the spot. If information is missing, or something isn't fully clear to us, we will give you a quick call to make sure we have all the details needed for a complete quote.
Creative + Video quotes: Creative photo + video shoots are usually on the more complex side in terms of pricing and planning. To ensure a complete quote with all aspects of the shoot considered, we will schedule you a call with you. In this call we will discuss all necessary details, such as:

What are the differences between the different services?

Can you optimise my images for different platforms?
Our imagery is produced in +20 Mp resolution. Cropping, resizing, and optimising every photo ensures you can use the finished products across multiple channels, including:

When you book our services, let us know which platforms you intend to use the imagery or videos on. You can get all assets in the right size to use across all of your online, print, and physical spaces.
What if I have remarks on the final images?
With every assignment we offer one review round. This means you can add remarks and/or wishes regarding the final outcome. We will implement the changes and re-send your images. Additional review cycles are possible for an additional fee.
What is the standard licensing agreement?
Our e-commerce product photos and videos are provided with unlimited licence for online usage within European Union. The licence conditions of photos with models are aligned with the agency that provides the talent. Creative photos and videos are subject to case specific conditions that are determined in the quotation process.
Who owns the image rights?
All user and copyrights belong to Studio Uppix. Studio Uppix gives specific user rights based on client requirements. For specific details are determined for every client case.
What is included in the pricing?
Included in our ecom services:
Standard base editing:

Are there packages available?

When can I expect additional costs?
In case of additional activities that are required to prepare the product for photography. This could be for example:

Extensive steaming of clothing or fabric items

Extensive product assembly
-
The cleaning of products
-
If the product does not stand on its own and needs special support or hanging for ideal positioning

If the product is highly reflective
-
All transportation/shipping costs are billed to the customer. This also includes product returns.
When can I expect my edited images to be delivered?
Our standard delivery time for our ecom services is 5 working days, from the moment we have received the products in our studio. All other services have a custom delivery time, which will be discussed upfront.
Whenever we can deliver earlier, we will do so.
Can I receive my images faster?
Generally you can always request our services being delivered earlier. Everything below 5 working days will be considered an express delivery, for which we charge an additional 50% of the whole invoice. The delivery time will then be shortened to 48, 36 or 72 hours, depending on the availabilities and the amount of items to be shot.
Can I see examples of previous work that aligns with my industry?

Can you help me plan my shoot?
That is a simple "Yes"! Part of our services is production management and creative direction. You can see the full list of services on our About Us page. We can also discuss any additional services you might need in a call. This is the easiest way to determine which services you might actually need and which ones not.
Can Uppix book the models for my shoot?
We are happy to help with booking the right models for your shoot. We work together with model agencies, which can provides models for all kinds of different assignments. You can see the full list of services on our About Us page.
When can I expect my quote?
We usually respond to a quote request within 48 hours.
For our ecom services we can respond with a quote within the same timeframe, as long as all information asked in the form has been filled out. If we ware missing crucial information, we will get in touch with you and deliver the quote after all information has been collected.
For creative services and videos, we will first get in touch with you to get all details regarding the shoot. Once all details are clarified, we will provide a quote.
When will Uppix be available for a shoot?
In most cases we have availabilities open for the same week, in particular for smaller assignments. For bigger assignments / large amounts of products, we will try to find a fitting date as soon as possible. We will do our best to keep the date within your deadlines and respect possible important dates for you.
